Indrani Talukdar

Author of Till the Dust Settles
Indrani Talukdar is an accomplished consultant editor at the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and the Asia Pacific Journal of Evaluation (APJE). With a background as a journalist in both India and Australia, she has a rich and diverse professional experience.
Indrani has received numerous accolades for her literary work, including First Prize at the Greater Dandenong Short Story Writing Competition in Australia and a Rotary Exchange Fellowship to Argentina. She has authored three novels, a novelette, and a children's short story book, one of which was selected for publication by the Rajasthan State Board. Her poem The Riot was ranked as the No. 1 Star Finalist in the 2012 Voices.Net International Poetry Contest, while her short story The Dowry made it to the long list for the 2019 OWT Short Fiction Prize.
In recognition of her literary contributions, Indrani was nominated as Author of the Year 2021 by Story Mirror, the world's largest portal for fiction writers.
